People in the hospitality industry provide food, drink and accommodation for customers. They work in a range of settings such as; restaurants, cafés, grills and bistros; clubs, bars and pubs; resorts, lodges, hotels, motels and hostels; kitchens and dining rooms of public institutions and private companies.
- Baker
- Bakers prepare, bake and decorate bread, rolls, pastries, cakes and other yeast goods.
- Bar Manager
- Bar managers are responsible for the running of a pub or tavern and ensure that customers receive good service.
- Bartender
- Bartenders prepare and serve drinks in bars, restaurants and clubs.
- Café Manager
- Cafe managers are in charge of cafeterias, cafes, canteens, snack bars or similar food outlets.

- Holiday Park Manager/Worker
- Holiday park managers/workers operate holiday parks, motor camps, caravan parks or seaside resorts as owners or on behalf of an owner.
- Hostel Manager
